Usuwanie konta Pencily

1. Otwórz apkę Pencily (albo panel na pencily.app/panel).
2. Wejdź w Ustawienia i przewiń na sam dół.
3. Dotknij „Usuń konto” i potwierdź.

Od razu znika wszystko: konto, wpisy, klienci, dni, rozmowy, zdjęcia, Twoja strona i zalogowane urządzenia. Nic nie zostaje na koncie. Z kopii zapasowych dane znikają w ciągu kilku dni, a z logów serwera po 14 dniach. Odinstalowanie apki nie usuwa konta.

Nie możesz się zalogować? Napisz na support@pencily.app z adresu e-mail konta. Usuniemy je w ciągu 14 dni. Konto bez e-maila można usunąć tylko w apce, więc zrób to przed odinstalowaniem. Nieużywane przez 12 miesięcy usuwamy sami.

Deleting your Pencily account

1. Open the Pencily app (or the panel at pencily.app/panel).
2. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Everything is deleted at once: the account, entries, clients, days, conversations, photos, your page and signed-in devices. Nothing is kept on the account. Deleted data disappears from backups within a few days and from server logs after 14 days. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

Can't sign in? Write to support@pencily.app from the account's e-mail address and we will delete it within 14 days. An account without an e-mail can only be deleted in the app, so do it before uninstalling. If it is not used for 12 months, we delete it ourselves.
